Belly Soother Tea
Feeling a little rumble in your belly or it's that time of the month and have cramps, than add this tea through out you day. This tea is caffeine-free and made with natural herbs. Aromas of mint, lemon and a hit of ginger will be light, bright and freshing. Can be made into an ice tea as well would recamend adding honey or agave to an iced tea.
Ingredients:
Peppermint Leaf, Lemon Vernbena and Ginger Root
Suggested Daily Use:
Use a tea infuser and put 1 to 2 tsp of loose tea in it. Insert in hot water, cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes then drink tea.
